Please give your HD generators more than a 25 gallon tank. Or at least put a fucking light over the fuel filler under the fucking engine. Now I have a fucking chipped tooth from hold a fucking maglite in my mouth while trying to fucking fill the tank piece of shit tank, while simultaneously soaking the floor with fuel.

Not even going to fucking correct “hold” to “holding” because Kinja is awful and won’t let me place a cursor where I want to.

Lesson learned. Still, it wouldn’t hurt to put the fuel filler on the outside. But that makes too much sense.

Until they redesign the generator I have two words for you: head lamp.

Just step back and take a deep breath. Patience is key.

Yeah, lesson learned. Technically, the previous shift is supposed to fill it up, but since we can’t move it, that’s hard to do.

Patience was when it ran out of fuel at 4 in the morning.

Nothing you do will make it consume less. Always look at the solution, don't dwell on the problem. Don't get beaten by a generator.

The solution would be to park it next to a diesel pump... Which is currently not an option. I’ve got 15 gallons of fuel left, though that is only really like 9-12 gallons due to not being able to empty the cans. Should last until morning. Hopefully.
